Phase 1: Piiva Foundation (weeks 1-4)
Start practicing the core program exercises to build more consistency in play and your winning mindset.
Phase 2: Getting in the Zone (weeks 5-8)
Learn to bring the exercises more into your training and play. Start getting into the flow state more frequently.
Phase 3: Gaining Real Mastery (weeks 9-11)
